Once we receive your enquiry, we’ll confirm our availability and arrange an introductory call.
This is our chance to get to know each other, hear your story, understand your vision for the wedding, discuss your timeline, guest count and everything that’s important to you. Just as importantly, it’s an opportunity to make sure we’re the right fit for one another.
02. Secure Your Wedding Date
If we decide to move forward together, we’ll prepare your wedding agreement outlining everything included in your collection.
Your wedding date is officially reserved once the agreement has been signed and the booking retainer has been received.
The agreement protects both you and us, ensuring complete clarity and peace of mind throughout the process.
03. Preparing for Your Wedding
As your wedding day approaches, we’ll stay in touch to make sure everything is perfectly planned.
We’ll schedule one or two planning calls to discuss your timeline, photography ideas and any personal details you’d love us to capture. We also enjoy creating inspiration boards together, so your photographs feel personal and reflect your relationship naturally.
If you’re planning your wedding independently, we’re always happy to recommend trusted local professionals—from videographers and content creators to makeup artists and other experienced vendors we’ve loved working with.
04. Your Wedding Day
This is the moment you’ve been waiting for.
By now, we’ll already know your plans, priorities and the people who matter most, allowing you to simply relax, celebrate and enjoy every moment.

Within 3 working days, you’ll receive a carefully curated preview gallery with some of the most meaningful moments from your wedding, ready to relive and share with your loved ones.
06. Your Complete Gallery
Within 30 working days, your complete wedding gallery will be ready.Every image is individually selected and carefully edited before being delivered in a private online gallery. You’ll also have the opportunity to choose your favourite photographs for additional detailed retouching.

Questions and answers
Do you photograph weddings throughout Italy?
Yes! Although we’re based in Northern Italy, we photograph weddings across the entire country, from Lake Como and Venice to Tuscany, Puglia, Sicily and the Amalfi Coast. If your wedding is taking place elsewhere, we’d be delighted to travel there too.
Are you legally allowed to work in Italy?
Absolutely. We’re an officially registered photography business in Italy and legally authorised to work throughout the country. Every booking includes a professional wedding agreement and invoice, giving you complete peace of mind.
Do you charge travel fees?
Travel within 100 km from Milan is included. For weddings further afield, any travel costs will always be discussed transparently before booking, there are never any hidden fees.
Do you photograph elopements?
Yes! We love intimate weddings and elopements just as much as larger celebrations. Whether it’s just the two of you or a small gathering with your closest family and friends, we’d be honoured to tell your story.
Do you provide invoices?
Yes. Every booking includes a professional invoice and wedding agreement, as we’re an officially registered photography business in Italy.
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 9–12 months before their wedding, especially for popular dates between May and October. If your wedding is sooner, don’t hesitate to get in touch, we occasionally have last-minute availability.
Is the booking retainer refundable?
The booking retainer secures your wedding date and is therefore non-refundable in the event of cancellation. All booking terms are clearly outlined in your wedding agreement before you book.
Is drone photography included?
Yes, drone photography is included whenever weather conditions, local regulations and your venue allow it. As safety always comes first, drone flights are subject to restrictions beyond our control.
Can we request a private gallery?
Absolutely. If you’d like your wedding to remain completely confidential, we offer a Full Privacy Collection. Your photographs will never be published on our website, social media or used for any marketing purposes.
As this limits our ability to showcase our work, a 30% privacy fee applies to your chosen collection.
What happens if it rains?
Rain rarely changes the story, only the atmosphere. We’ll adapt to the conditions, make the most of your venue and create beautiful photographs regardless of the weather. Some of our favourite wedding galleries were captured on rainy days.
We feel awkward in front of the camera. Can you help?
Absolutely. Most couples tell us exactly the same thing. We’ll gently guide you during portraits with natural direction that feels relaxed and effortless, then quietly document the rest of your day as it unfolds.
Can we share inspiration photos or a Pinterest board?
Absolutely! We love seeing your ideas and learning what inspires you. It helps us understand your vision while creating photographs that still feel authentic to your wedding rather than simply recreated.
Will you help us plan the photography timeline?
Yes. Around 1–2 months before your wedding, we’ll schedule a planning call to discuss your timeline, portrait locations, family photographs and everything related to photography, ensuring the day flows naturally and you can enjoy every moment.
What if our wedding runs behind schedule?
Don’t worry, this is more common than you might think. We’ll adapt to the flow of the day and make the most of the time available. If additional coverage is needed and our schedule allows, extra hours can usually be arranged.
